RETURN POLICY

Software downloads cannot be returned.

Any online download purchase from ElectricQuilt.com cannot be returned for a refund. Downloads are loaded into your EQ Account and cannot be removed. A “claimed” purchase has the same restrictions.
Please read below if you have a purchase that must be claimed.

If you have purchased a downloadable product and are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service team. Our goal is for you to enjoy and be able to use the software. We’re here to help with many resources to guide you in how to use our products.

Returns on unopened shipped items

The Electric Quilt Company can only grant refunds for products originally purchased from ElectricQuilt.com. Any EQ products purchased from an EQ reseller must be returned to the seller.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

For defective or damaged products, please contact our Customer Service team.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you are unable to watch the EQ Presentational Video, please contact us about a refund.

EQ Virtual Q&A

If a mutually-convenient time cannot be found, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel over 30 days prior to the Virtual Q&A, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel within 8-30 days of the Virtual Q&A, a 75% refund will be issued.
If you cancel with fewer than 7 days prior to the Virtual Q&A, a 50% refund will be issued.
If we are unable to contact you within a week of the Virtual Q&A or the EQ Presentational Video has not been reserved, we reserve the right to cancel, at which time a 50% refund will be issued.

Purchases from other retailers

If your Electric Quilt products were purchased from another retailer (any store or website other than ElectricQuilt.com), you will need to contact the seller. If you claimed and downloaded the software, you will be unable to return it.
